- First thing in the morning or before going to bed, drink a glass of warm water with a slice of lemon.
- Do you enjoy a drink or two with the girls? Don't forget that alcoholic drinks are high in calories (one 12.5 cl glass of wine = 100 kcalories, a glass of martini=210 calories) *
- Would you like beautiful, toned skin? Reduce the temperature of your shower to lukewarm and finish off with a blast of cold water to tone your skin.
- Do you ever feel a sudden wave of tiredness during the day? Have a stretch, drink a big glass of cold water or go out for a walk for at least 10 minutes to get some fresh air.
- Are you snowed under with work, children or shopping? Learn to set aside some relaxation time in your busy schedule just for you and no-one else. Relax with a warm bath with a few drops of AROMESSENCE™ de bain relaxant, for example...
